hi gopal,

what it means to me and what it means to other people is going to be diff. some people find value in it, i don't. that's not to say it's not a good tool.

you do make a good point about creating tools though, but on the other hand is the whole point of creating tools to gain trust? what about providing value to the users? what happens when you make a tool that people DON'T like, then when you join a sales call people will say "oh, you guys made that? that wasn't a good tool."

i think if you're going to make something for the users, then put them first, sales calls second.
