I really like the patron ad. Its simple and elegant delivering a message that the younger generation can perceive as an attractive alcoholic beverage. messages in our brains may not right away think that the ad appeals to us but that sudden connection with your generation via the "Social Networking" leaves a mark in your brain that will resonate longer than most unattractive ads that barely leave any trace in your subconscious memory. there is something slightly wrong with the dentyne ads maybe they are a little to warm and fuzzy so the ads come off cheesy?

I agree, they didn't do a great job at all but at least hopefully we are moving in the right direction. I think we are going to see much better attempts by companies come 2010.

Yeah, I saw the Dentyne posters on the underground public transit in San Francisco a year ago.
Unfortunately, they sure did set the bar low in combining these concepts through traditional marketing.

MESSAGE FAIL : DELIVERING THIS THROUGH TEXT.
Sure, I read the message, perceived it instantly and slightly nodded my head.
The truth is that they could have taken that concept a lot further by actually integrating the concepts, and riding along with the underlying idea of social media : networking.

TODAY< THEY LOST THEIR CHANCE
Reading social network buzz words simply don't mean the same thing. Today I would glance over all of these campaigns and mentally change the channel like I just heard that played out song on the radio.

The warm graphics are ok, but in the long run warm graphics could never become more lasting than a good idea executing it's concept. ... without even trying to.
