		<description>Great points Jacob.  Although I confess I haven&#039;t used it much, I signed up for a Yammer account last year.  Sort of an internal Twitter tool.  Of course there are always custom/proprietary solutions that can be developed or implemented for internal collaboration as well.  You&#039;re right on - a tool is just that, a tool.  The strategy is what matters.  We shouldn&#039;t even be talking about tools until the strategy has been clearly articulated.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks - I look forward to the next posts.</description>
