We have hired Jacob Morgan to co-present at two industry conferences, and both times he was an overwhelming hit. His presentations provided thought leadership around the concepts of social CRM and customer care in the social web, and he executed a masterful delivery. In both cases, the session attendees’ expectations were exceeded, and the value found in Jacob’s content was expressed clearly in the excellent ratings received post-conference. Jacob has a unique ability to both entertain and educate, and his engaging style sparked discussion and conversation which identified business opportunities for our company.
~Chris Kiminas, Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Astute Solutions
We had the great pleasure of having Jacob Morgan at the re:think conference in Oslo, Norway in October. His Keynote about SocialCRM was personal, engaging, informational and gave the attendees great insight about what SocialCRM is and how a corporation can tap in and use it efficently. The Keynote was customized for the target audience, and we are very happy and proud to have him – Highly recommended!”
~Arnt Eriksen, Curator, re:think Conference
Jacob’s passion, sense of humor, and knowledge on the topic of social business and enterprise collaboration made him the best choice to keynote our conference in Slovenia. His presentation was entertaining and informative; filled with great pictures, graphs, and charts which allowed the attendees to easily grasp concepts and ideas that Jacob shared. Typically the Slovenian audience doesn’t engage much but with Jacob that wasn’t the case, they asked questions and engaged more than in any of the other sessions. If you are looking for someone to present on how social and collaborative technologies are changing the way your organization does business with customers, partners, or employees, then I highly recommend Jacob!
~Matjaz B. Juric, Conference Director- Days of Slovenian Informatics and Professor at University of Ljubljana

The result was a robust Q& A session that lasted over four times longer than usual and an overwhelming positive response from our members.”
~Bill Sanders, President- San Francisco American Marketing Association
“Jacob Morgan is a must-have speaker on social media and its cousin, social CRM. Jacob spoke to a recent MENG chapter meeting that excited even veteran marketers skeptical of marketing’s evolutions. Jacob provides his expertise in a confident, entertaining manner that kept the room engaged in healthy discourse that spilled into the hall long after the meeting had adjourned. Organizations seeking enlightenment of the direction of social media and social CRM would do well to call upon Jacob.”
~David Schneider, Regional Chapter Leader- Northern California, Marketing Executives Networking Group (MENG)
“Jacob was a breath of fresh air. After putting on ten events across the country over the summer, I’ve seen and heard from a lot of marketing people working within the Social Media space, some better than others. What Jacob brought to his presentation was a strong dose of reality and just plain straight talk. He kept it real, he kept it focused on setting measurable goals, and he kept it pinned to ROI. Not everyone does that. Jacob is definitely toward the top of my list of a marketing guy that gets it and is going to tell you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear.”
~Bob Fine, CEO- Cool Blue Company
“In need of an excellent speaker to razzle-dazzle your conference attendees? Look no further than Jacob Morgan.
Jacob eloquently spoke at our 2009 International Conference in Las Vegas to a packed room full of skeptics. He won them over one-by-one. Not only did he dazzle the crowd with his brilliance, wit and timely solutions – he also achieved a 95% “Excellent “rating from over 80 attendees polled.
How did he do this? Jacob has excellent speaking skills, clever PowerPoint slides and motivating videos that entertain while educating your audience about the power of Social Media. Taking this confusing and complex subject, Jacob breaks it down to an actionable plan that empowers your audience to implement a Social Media Plan the very next day. Bottom line: Jacob Morgan delivers results.
I highly recommend Jacob Morgan as a speaker for your next conference. At this point in his rising career…..cross your fingers that he is available!”
~Heidi Rose, Senior Vice President, Marketing- New Horizons Computer Learning Centers Inc.

Jacob was smart, innovative, and dynamic in his presentation and his intuitive understanding of the social media space is backed up with a business background and solid experiences and success on behalf of his clients. Jacob is always sought after by other thought-leaders in the space because his insights are invaluable to even those with a wealth of experience. His passion for Social Media ROI is inspiring. He is an engaging public speaker who has a natural ability to bring people together and create an environment of education and entertainment. It was a pleasure having Jacob keynote at Social Media Tools Week.”
~Axel Schultze, CEO- Xeequa
“Jacob led a panel of experts on the topic of Enterprise 2.0 trends at Drupalcon 2010. Jacob was able to direct an engaging discussion with the panelists and the audience members while keeping the session fun and interesting. Because the audience mix was pretty broad spanning business people, web developers and consultants, Jacob had to guide the discussion to define Enterprise 2.0 and Drupal’s role in the space, as well as provoke discussion on how this application space will evolve. Jacob did an excellent job of leading the conversation and selecting topics for engaging the audience and panel, bringing his real-world client experience into the conversation to spur discussion. If you’re interested in having an engaging speaker and knowledgeable or panel leader on social business topics, then I definitely recommend Jacob!”
~Bryan House, Sr. Director of Marketing- Acquia

Jacob gave a very professional and thought-provoking session at the AIIM Conference, March 2012 in San Francisco. His presentation on “Five Stages of Emergent Collaboration” was voted one of the favorites of the 2.5 day event and subsequently featured in our virtual “best of AIIM conference” held 3 months later. This wasn’t the first time Jacob took part in an AIIM event, and we certainly hope it isn’t the last.
