Remember when we first met each other over a year ago? Things were a little awkward at first, but as we got to know each other, we are able to build a pretty good relationship. We have been to so many places together and have met so many great people. Remember how much fun we had at the web 2.0 expo? Or how about that time we went to Vegas together? Ah yes, those were the good times. We spoke all the time and had the best level of communication anyone could ask for. But recently, things have been going a bit downhill…
I have been trying to talk to you lately but sometimes it just seems that you are not listening. I am not sure what is going since you never tell me about the problems you are having. You aren’t there when you say you are going to be there and quite frankly it can get a bit irritating. We are both adults after all. So why don’t you act like one?
The other day I noticed you were getting a lot of messages from a 500 number.
Is there something going on that I should know about? Do you have some internal issues that you need to work out? Of course, I could just be paranoid, perhaps everything is fine and I am just looking to deep into things.
Either way I hope things can take a turn for the better. I really don’t have the time or the desire to be in a relationship when the lines of communication are not as open as they should be…sometimes it just feels like there is something “technically wrong…”
How can we work together to make sure that our relationship strengthens. What is it going to take on my part and what is it going to take on your part? I have a lot of great friends I want to introduce you to, but first I want to make that everything is ok on your end. I would hate to take you to a party and then have you just sit quietly and sulk in the corner. Let’s forget about the past and work together moving forward shall me?
Love,
Jacob
