		<description><![CDATA[Yeah...it was interesting for me to find out.  In my opinion, it boils down to having a self-service tool vs. having to convince someone else to do it for you.  I mean no fault to our IT team here, they have other higher priority things to be doing.  But, if I wanted WordPress, I needed to find the appropriate contact, convince him that it was worth his effort, and then wait for it to get done.  That&#039;s why I think the Lotus Connections blogs have done well.  You can automatically provision it yourself.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It&#039;s a pretty simple equation with any of these new tools.  Lower the barriers to use and you will get more adoption.]]></description>
