		<description>Thank you so much for this explaination!  I&#039;ve been seing &quot;beta&quot; on everything lately and was a bit confused.  I was under the impression that it was indeed a good thing and that I should especially download a program because it donned &quot;beta&quot; in it&#039;s title.  I now see that I maybe need to be a little cautious about downloading such programs.
