Evolving into a Social Business

I recently presented at the American Marketing Association on “Evolving into a Social Business.”  The presentation was more of a high level discussion around the concept of a social business but there are a few things in the presentation that we will be talking about more depth here in the upcoming few weeks.  For now, take a look at the presentation and please let me know what you think.

    Hhm.. So it’s culture vs. technology is it? Technology won’t exist properly with out culture since culture is the base of technology. Yet, most businesses seemed to be overwhelmed by “technology” that they somehow forget the traditional marketing which is the basis of it all.
