Back in 2000 if I had trouble with a product I would complain to the company and they would brush me off, because the people I could give negative feedback to was limited to 10-15 close friends. Not anymore, I&#039;m connected to thousands and thousands thanks to social media. Pissing me off is like pissing of a journalist from say &#039;Chicago Tribune&#039; in the old days.

No wonder the companies are forced to take notice of the small guy.... &#039;cos he&#039;s not small anymore. Time magazine was absolutely 100% right in making &quot;You&quot; the person of the year in 2006.
