Charles Darwin on Collaboration

January 17th, 2012

I’m always on the lookout for interesting quotes dealing with collaboration that I can use in presentations.  I came across this quote by Charles Darwin which I wanted to share with you.

“It is the long history of humankind (and animal kind, too) those who learned to collaborate and improvise most effectively have prevailed.” - Charles Darwin

Sorry to be a downer, but Darwin never said/wrote that. See:

Completely agree with this quote because no person can exist and perform in isolation, you need to collaborate with others. Modern companies are a perfect example of collaboration and team work, infact if it wasn’t for these companies, all our modern innovations and inventions would not have happened.
I know it perfectly well because I run a company which has been ranked as one of the fastest growing companies. And then I don another hat which is that of a best selling author. This would not have been possible with out help and collaboration of my colleagues.
