Enterprise Collaboration: A Business Imperative and Competitive Differentiator, Webinar with Newsgator

November 2nd, 2011

We are teaming up with the folks at Newgator to conduct a webinar on enterprise collaboration.  We’re very excited to be working with Newgator on this educational webinar which will explore some of the findings from our report on enterprise collaboration as well as explore the strategic implications of those findings.  We will also explore why emergent collaboration is increasingly becoming a business imperative for staying competitive in our world of globalization.  I will be joined by Melissa Risteff the SVP of Corporate Development and Marketing with NewsGator.

We’re going to be covering the following topics as well as reviewing some other key findings from our report:

  • Why business and IT managers are working together to co-own and co-sponsor emergent collaboration initiatives and what are their business drivers
  • Why there needs to be a stronger focus on developing an enterprise strategy before deploying a technology platform
  • Why solving a business problem or achieving an objective is just as good as being able to show a financial ROI

If you would like to attend this free webinar then please proceed to the registration page.  The webinar will take place next week at 2pm EST.

Why Email Can’t and Won’t Die

October 24th, 2011

When you think about it there are really only two things that are unique to every individual, their email and their phone number.  This is important when we talk about emergent collaboration especially when the topic of moving people away from email comes up.  I know that there are many people who believe in the [...]
